Charges: Eagan Man Pulled Gun on Victim After Bar Confrontation
Hamzeh Daghighian, 52, faces one count of second-degree assault and one count of terroristic threats following the incident.

Hamzeh Daghighian faces one felony count of second-degree assault and one felony count of terroristic threats following the incident. If convicted on the assault charge, Daghighian could face a maximum of seven years in prison and $14,000 in fines. Police were called to the bar on Nov. 24, on a report that one man had pushed a gun into another man's face in the business' parking lot.
