Car and Foot Chase Ends with Police Charges

Alexander James Farrell, 24, of Eagan, and James Lambert Bergstrom, 56, of St. Paul, are charged with third-degree burglary, a felony with a maximum penalty of five years in prison and a $10,000 bond. According to the criminal complaints, signed by Minneapolis Police Sgt.
