Inver Grove Heights resident Kaylee Michelle Miller, 19, was charged with one felony count of terroristic threats, one gross misdemeanor count of fouth-degree assault, one gross misdemeanor count of obstructing the legal process and one gross misdemeanor count of giving false information to the police. What's sad is people say no parental figure. Robin Miller gave everything she had for her kids before the illness took her life. An amazing brilliant lady please don't post negitive false information on someone who can't be present.
