Eagan's singing phenom Nicholas David is playing two shows at First Avenue this weekend, his first major Twin Cities performances since winning third place on "The Voice" in December. He'll be bringing more than just experience from the NBC reality singing competition: David will be joined on stage by contestants Melanie Martinez and Todd Kessler (on Friday and Satuday) and by Terry McDermott and Trevin Hunte (just on Saturday). "When we were filming, we agreed regardless of what happens, let's build bridges," he told the Pioneer Press. "We're all trying to do the same thing, so let's help each other."
