Eagan Rotary Club Gives $30,000 in Grants to Local Nonprofits

Recipients included Cheerful Givers, the Eagan Men's Chorus, the Eagan Resource Center and 13 other organizations.

Sixteen nonprofit organizations who serve the Eagan community were the recipients of $30,000 in much needed grant money that was raised this year by the Eagan Rotary Club. The grants were awarded at the Eagan Rotary’s annual Grant Awards Ceremony, held on Nov. 21 at the Eagan Community Center. Grant recipients were chosen from a variety of education, social service, youth, arts and civic-focused 501(c)(3) designated organizations. Two Eagan Businesses Honored by ProAct for Work with the Disabled

Chuck & Don's Pet Food Outlet and Peanut's Place were among a handful of businesses to win recognition for their employment of disabled individuals during ProAct's Employer of the Year award ceremony.
