New Restaurant, Retail Building, Proposed for Lexington-Diffley Neighborhood
The owner of the Diffley Marketplace wants to build a 5,580-square-foot, sit-down restaurant and a 9,424-square-foot retail building just east of the existing development.

The Eagan City Council reviewed plans for the proposed development on Tuesday night, unanimously passing a final planned development agreement for the multi-tenant building and a preliminary planned development agreement for the proposed restaurant.
