Police have identified the woman shot in the back during an apparent road rage incident in Eagan on Sunday morning. The 26-year-old victim is Kimberly Lawrence, a Rosemount resident, according to Eagan Police Chief Jim McDonald. Lawrence, who sustained a "non-fatal" shoulder wound, was transported to Regions Hospital on Sunday following the shooting. Police say Lawrence was one of eight people riding in a Volkswagen Jetta in Eagan early on Sunday morning. Police say the confrontation started when a dark-colored SUV began tailgating the Jetta, driven by 28-year-old Grant Hengy of St. Paul.
