Mother Nature brings the snow, we bring the candles and you just have to bring yourself to Lebanon Hills Regional Park to see the outdoors in a whole new light. The Parks Department’s annual Trails by Candlelight event will have Dakota County’s largest park glowing from 6–9 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 9, as thousands of candles line paths and illuminate hills for an evening of winter activity.
