Roughly 300 women attended the second annual WomEn's Conference hosted by the Dakota County Regional Chamber of Commerce at Lost Spur Golf and Event Center on Thursday. The half-day event featured speakers Shaunice Hawkins, Louise Griffith and Theresa Rose. Attendees also participated in a wine-tasting and were able to speak to area businesses and vendors in an indoor "marketplace."
