Eagan Man Charged with Beating, Choking Girlfriend

Youri Devin Walker, 28, faces one felony count of domestic assault by strangulation and two gross misdemeanor counts of domestic assault following the incident, which allegedly occurred on Nov. 2. If convicted on the felony charge, Walker could be sentenced to as much as three years in prison and $5,000 in fines.
