CherryBerry, an Oklahoma-based restaurant franchise, is the latest eatery to open up shop in Eagan. The family-friendly yogurt shop, which will offer a relaxed atmosphere late hours on the weekend, is located on the west side of the Eagan Promenade, adjacent to Potbelly Sandwich Shop. The restaurant will cater to both health food junkies and customers with a sweet tooth, according to CherryBerry District Manager Dan Nelson.
