CherryBerry Opening Frozen Yogurt Eatery in Eagan Promenade

The family-friendly yogurt shop will offer a relaxed atmosphere and will stay open late on weekends, according to a restaurant representative.

CherryBerry, an Oklahoma-based restaurant franchise, is the latest eatery to open up shop in Eagan. The family-friendly yogurt shop, which will offer a relaxed atmosphere late hours on the weekend, is located on the west side of the Eagan Promenade, adjacent to Potbelly Sandwich Shop. The restaurant will cater to both health food junkies and customers with a sweet tooth, according to CherryBerry District Manager Dan Nelson. The concept is sweet but simple: Patrons are encouraged to walk in, grab a cup and start mixing. CherryBerry offers a rotating menu of 14 frozen yogurt flavors and more than 50 …
