Sunday, Feb. 10, marked the first day of the Chinese New Year festivities, a two-week long celebration that traditionally ends with the Lantern Festival. The coming year is designated as the "Year of the Little Dragon". Eagan's festival was organized by community members and the Building Bridges Cultural Exchange, a nonprofit cultural immersion program founded by Eagan resident Yanmei Jiang.
