Delta Airlines has sold its 150,000-square-foot data center at 1500 Towerview Rd. in Eagan for $37 million. The deal, struck with Digital Towerview, closed last Wednesday, according to a report from the Minneapolis St. Paul Business Journal. Digital Towerview is a part of a San Francisco-based company that owns 119 properties around the world, according to the Business Journal. Delta will continue to lease the building for at least eight-years as part of a sale-leaseback agreement with Digital Towerview. The facility was built in 1982, according to Dakota County property records.
