After receiving 39 applications for the position, city officials working with Twin Cities recruitment firm Brimeyer Fursman selected four finalists for the job. All 16 District 196 high school seniors who were named semifinalists in the fall have now been named finalists in the 2011-12 National Merit Scholarship Program.
