The new Sport Clips, located at 2000 Cliff Road in Eagan, will open its doors on Jan. 18. The opening is part of a larger initiative in Dakota County, according to Eagan Sport Clips Team Leader Preston Luman. Luman already owns franchise locations in Eden Prairie, Bloomington, Lakeville and Apple Valley, and is planning to open an additional location in Apple Valley later this year.
