Public Comments Wanted on Proposed Parkview Redevelopment
The public is invited to comment on an amended environmental assessment through March 20, 2013.

As part of the proposed residential project, developer Hunter Emerson would convert Parkview Golf Course along Cliff Road in Eagan to a 177-unit housing development. Hunter Emerson's controversial plans have been stringently opposed by a neighborhood group, which believes the Dakota Path development would negatively impact quality of life for adjacent neighborhoods.
