A journalist for more than 20 years, I am currently the assistant editor in the nonpartisan Public Information Services Office at the Minnesota House of Representatives, but I do quite a bit of freelance sports writing, including professional and collegiate coverage for the Associated Press. I also cover the NHL Northwest Division for HockeyPrimetime.com.

Locally, in addition to being the play-by-play voice of Eagan football for cable access television since 1997, and calling many other Wildcat sports for what is now Eagan TV, I have written about local high school sports for a variety of publications.
