Officer Jennifer Fordham is a national certified car seat instructor. She will be leading the dicussion on on car seat use, laws, recommendations, and installation. Studies show that 70% of child seats are misused. If you have a childe under the age of 8 or under 4" 9" tall this clinic is for you.
