Entrees: Fresh fish dinner entrees abound including marlin, ahi tuna, swordfish, and salmon ($13.95-$21.95). Those who prefer beef can choose from a 10 oz. top sirloin ($19.95) or an 8 0z. filet mignon ($29.95). Sandwiches, salads, platters and pasta round out the offerings. The $12.95 Sunday brunch includes a mimosa.
Sides: Sides are all $6.95 and include red beans and dirty rice, grilled asparagus and loaded hashbrowns with cheese, bacon and sour cream.

Service: Molly Cool's reopened in December with a new owner and two new managers who plan to focus on service and offering guests a fabulous dining experience.
Signature Dish: From Jambalaya ($19.95) to grouper stuffed with shrimp, crawfish, brie cheese and lemon basil buerre blanc or blackened swordfish ($22.95) diners can't go wrong ordering one of the six house specialties.
