Homeowners will also get the opportunity to meet with trained homeownership specialists and ask questions and receive advice. They will be providing homeowners lots of information, including what happens during the foreclosure process, homeowners’ rights and recommendations for long-term housing needs.

According to a CDA Homeownership Specialist Shannon Kehoe, "The CDA encourages all those who are having mortgage issues to attend the event – the earlier homeowners contact [the CDA], the better."
