Eagan Women of Today Hosting 5K Charity Run/Walk

Do you like to run? Walk? Cheer for a good cause? You are invited to our party!

The Eagan Women of Today is hosting the second annual Eagan Charity Run/Walk 5K on Saturday, Sept. 15. Check-in starts at 8:15 a.m., runners start at 9:30 a.m. and walkers at 9:35 a.m. The run will begin at the at 4201 Lexington Ave, Eagan.

Last year, runners and walkers helped to dedicate funds to the following organizations: Beyond the Yellow Ribbon, Dakota Woodlands, Eagan Funfest Ambassadors and the Eagan Foundation.

In addition to supporting the Dakota County community directly, our new goal for the 2012 fundraiser is to give a portion of the event proceeds to Isaac’s Journey, which helps fund research to find cures for childhood cancers.
