Benefit Garage/Bake/Craft Sale

Kathy's Krew, Neighbor

This Garage/Bake/Craft sale is being held to benefit Kathy Sorenson.  She has been battling Breast Cancer since 2009.  The cancer has recurred 3 times and she has had multiple surgeries, two rounds of radiation and four rounds of chemotherapy.  In June of 2012 Kathy rallied again when the cancer metastasized to the lymphnodes in her neck.  She has been receiving radiation daily and 2 chemotherapy drugs weekly to try and beat this horrible disease.  The last reoccurrence has resulted in Kathy taking an extended leave of absence from her job at Walgreens.  Despite her best efforts to keep meeting her expenses on a limited disability income, she has fallen in a financial hardship.

The sale will be Saturday August 11th from 8am-6pm and Sunday, August 12th from 8am-12pm.  100% of the proceeds will go directly to Kathy.
