Lynch was killed after she rolled her vehicle, was ejected into oncoming traffic and hit by 51-year-old Inara Kibasov of Elk River who was driving a 2002 Toyota Camry on southbound 494 Saturday.

Lynch's family plans to hold a benefit soon at Cooper's Restaurant in Eagan where she worked for six years most recently as a bartender, according to owner Randall Cooper.

"The date hasn't been set yet," Cooper said. "There will be a charge for it, food and a silent auction."

The money from the benefit will be deposited into Lynch's memorial fund.

Lynch's daughter Baylee was in the car seat when the accident happened and was not injured. Lynch's fiancee and Baylee's biological father, Jake Jepson, "will be the full-time care provider" with help from both Lynch's family and his own, according to Cooper.

"There's sisters, aunts, grandmas...most live in Farmington. There's a big support team around," Cooper said.

Cooper said that Baylee was the number one thing in Lynch's life.

"She was always loyal and dedicated, and was the first one to take charge of something," Cooper remembered. "She was always happy, glad to be here, always on time and the first one to make someone laugh."

A check of online Minnesota State Patrol records Monday shows there is still no new information or cause of the accident.
