Behind Walgreens on Cliff Road
Join us as we explore theater like you have never seen before. Our program is comprised of two parts. Part one will work on theater /acting skills and techniques. Part two will incorporate the skills learned put into short skits. Pick one or both sessions! Skits will be preformed on Friday, August 12 from 6:00 - 8:00PM.
Aug. 1-12 TAS (Theater & Acting Skills)
Aug. 1 & 2nd – Improvisation
Aug. 3 & 4th – Character Development
Aug. 5 & 8th – Mime
Aug. 9th – Special Effects Make-up
Aug. 10 & 11th – Stage Fighting/Prat falls/Physical Comedy
Aug. 12th - Skit Dress Rehearsals
August 1-12 1:00PM - 4:00PM
SKITSAPALOSA - We will be producing 4 short plays to be performed on the last day of class. The short 10 -15 minute plays are:
1. The Giving Tree
2. Pyramus & Thisbe – from A Midsummer Nights Dream
3. Princess Salon
4. DragonSlay
