For a Bit of the Irish This Weekend, Try Celts Pub
With locations in Rosemount, Inver Grove Heights, Hastings and Farmington there are ample locations wear a bit o' the green and eat a bit o' the Irish.
Overview: Celts opened its first pub in Rosemount in 2001, and since then, has expanded to three other locations in Hastings, Inver Grove Heights and Farmington. Owner Brandon Barth said, "It is important we maintain our image and establish good, working relationships throughout our communities," and, to that end, Celts attempts to become an integral part of the communities in which it does business.
Décor: The nothing-fancy, pub-like atmosphere is great for a laid-back dinner with friends and family.
Drinks: Celts offers up tap beer including Seamus Irish Amber and Murphy's Irish Stout as well as a selecton of both imported and domestic bottled beer. Designated drivers can enjoy a St. Patty's Day O'Douls or soft drink.

Appetizers: Put together a sampler of appetizers - two choices for $7.95 or three for $10.95.
Entrees: Each Celts has its own hours and menu. For example, the Celts in Farmington opens at 6 a.m. for breakfast; Inver Grove Heights at opens 10 a.m. and serves burgers, sandwiches and wraps. If you are looking for traditional St. Patrick's Day entrees, visit Hastings, Farmington or Rosemount and order the Corned Beef and Cabbage ($8.95), Shepard's Pie (8.50) or Fish and Chips ($8.95). The Hastings location offers a traditional Irish Stew ($6.95).
