Major Business Expansion Coming to Eagan
The Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development says the expansion project will bring hundreds of jobs to the southeastern metro area.
A major business expansion that promises hundreds of "good-paying" jobs will soon be coming to Eagan, according to a news release issued earlier today by the Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development.
Details about the business and its plans will be released Tuesday morning at a press conference held at the . Details about the business are few, but at least one media source, the Minneapolis St. Paul Business Journal, is speculating that the new business may be Prime Therapeutics.
Earlier this year, the Business Journal reported that Prime Therapeutics was interested in leasing or purchasing a nearly 100,000-square-foot building at 1460 Buffet Way in Eagan. The building was the former home of Buffet Inc.

Prime Therapeutics, which is also based in Eagan, told the Business Journal they were running out of space at their current location at 1305 Corporate Center Drive.
