Anyone who remembers Sherlock’s Home, the English pub in Minnetonka that closed back in 2003, probably remembers their signature Scotch Eggs. While Brit’s Pub still has them, I found that the Valley Tap House in Apple Valley makes them every bit as good as those Sherlock’s used to serve. But why go out for them when you can make them so easily at home? Using my recipe from a British chef and several British cookbooks, you can make your own delicious Scotch Eggs at home.
