This year I am trying to make more homemade gifts that show we care. I tried this recipe and waited a week to tell you about it. I wanted to make sure nothing funny (moldy) happened to the ingredients.
This aromatic and beautiful recipe worked well. I had to increase the drying time of the oranges to about 6 hours. The first 4 hours were at 175 degrees and the second 2 hours were at 200 degrees. Find some pretty paper to wrap and it will make a nice addition to the bottle of wine we all bring to holiday parties.
