Strip Mall in Northeast Eagan Sells for $1.4 Million
The mall currently rents to Dickey's BBQ and DD's Dance.
One of northeast Eagan's commercial centers is now in new hands.
JTS Holdings I LLC recently bought a strip mall at 3090 Courthouse Lane from a private investor for $1.42 million, reports the real estate site CoStar. The single-story, 9,723-square-foot retail building was built in 2001. Currently its anchor tenants are Dickey's BBQ, The Jewelry Exchange and DD's Dance.
According to the real estate listing, the site is just off of Highway 55, a busy road that sees up to 40,000 vehicles a day, and is directly adjacent to a McDonald's, Country Inn & Suites and a Holiday convenience store. Thompson Reuters, a behemoth with over 5,000 employees, is also nearby.
