Big Lots is commemorating its expansion in the Twin Cities by celebrating the grand reopening of its current five store locations in the market with several weeks of deals leading up to the holidays.
Grand reopening specials will start with a day of giveaways on Sunday, November 4 and festivities continue through Wednesday, November 7 with four days of specials in the following five stores:

To mark the grand opening of the Bloomington location,
a second set of some of the best deals Big Lots has ever showcased starts Sunday, November 11 and runs to Wednesday, November 14 at all Twin City-area locations. This will include the new store located at Valley West Shopping Center; 10520 France Avenue South, Bloomington.
“This area is a very important market for us. We have opened three new stores in the past 12 months and are now opening a fourth store in Bloomington,” said Rob Claxton, Senior Vice President of Marketing for Big Lots. “We know we have had a legacy of old, tired stores in this market. We have closed most of those stores and we think the current and newer locations are dramatically better than anything you will remember from the old stores. We hope people will want to give us a second chance, as through these stores we look to provide a significantly better shopping experience and reestablish ourselves in the market, just in-time for the holidays.”
