Get a team together and shoot trap at Eagan's only gun club as part of a benefit for the Chief Black Dog District of the Boy Scouts of America on Sept. 6.
The West End Fishing and Hunting Club in Eagan will host the annual fundraiser at its facilities in southeastern Eagan. Individuals or squads of five shooters are welcome. Coaching, 12- and 20-gauge guns and shells will be provided at the club. No prior trap shooting experience needed.
A $100 per person fee includes trap shooting, food and beverages, shells, a silent auction and a prize drawing. For tickets, call 651-254-9130 or email khelmstead@northernstarbsa.org. As part of the event, prize drawings for a 12-gauge shotgun, iPad and shells will be held.
