Blotter: Driver Smashes Windows, Damages Victim's Car During Road Rage Incident

In a separate incident, a local man asked to meet with police after his ex-girlfriend put out "reward" money on him.

Police say an enraged man took a golf club to another driver's car, breaking windows and causing other damage, after the victim cut him off while driving.

The road rage incident took place at 2:20 p.m. on May 4 at the 1200 block of Town Centre Dr., according to an Eagan police report.

Police say the assailant followed the offending driver to a fast food restaurant in Eagan, where he beat on the victim's car with a golf club before leaving. But the incident didn't stop there. After the attack, the victim followed the assailant to a nearby grocery store. There, he took down the license plate number of the assailant's vehicle and called police.
