Blotter: Vandalism Reported—On the Roof

One Eagan home was apparently targeted by a vandal with the skills of a cat burglar.

On Sept. 20 a resident on the 3000 block of Ashbury allegedly made a strange discovery: The roof of the home had been vandalized, somehow.

The owner initially thought the damage came from a hail storm earlier this summer, but an insurance agent determined that the damage was not weather-related. As it stands, there is no explanation as to how this could have occurred.
