Police Blotter: Stolen GPS', Child Hit by Car at Bus Stop

The passenger window of a car was allegedly smashed in and a GPS and $50 in cash was taken. The vehicle was parked in the driveway at a home on the 1300 block of Towerview Road March 28.
A 7-year-old child was allegedly hit by a car at a bus stop March 28 at the corner of Denmark Avenue and Forest Ridge Trail. The male driver was cited for driving with frost on his windshield.
A vehicle was allegedly broken into overnight March 28 on the 3000 block of Shields Drive. The passenger window was broken and a purse was taken, however, there was nothing inside the purse.

A person was reporting fraudulent activity on her credit card at a local Kohl's store and several Eagan hotels March 28. The person suspects her daughter.
There was allegedly a theft from a car on the 1300 block of Quarry Lane March 28; a GPS was stolen. The car was left unlocked and parked in the driveway.

A debit card with $7o on it was allegedly stolen from a gift table at a wedding at the Eagan Community Center March 28.
A laptop was allegedly stolen from the front seat of a car on the 1200 block of Town Centre Drive March 28. The vehicle was left unlocked.
A person allegedly stole a car out of a garage on the 1500 block of Clemson Drive and then closed it back up March 29. Keys to the car were inside a cup holder.
A GPS and iPod were taken out of a vehicle on the 2000 block of King's Road March 29.
A 23-year-old woman allegedly dumped trash in a park on the 4300 block of Lexington Avenue March 29. It will be a $200 loss for the parks department. The woman was cited for dumping on public property.
A person's son allegedly received many texts offering to sell him drugs on his cell phone. There was apparently a group e-mail going out daily to solicit drug buyers. The information was forwarded to the Dakota County Drug Task Force.
A vehicle was allegedly broken into on the 4500 block of Villa Parkway March 29. The vehicle was unlocked and a GPS was taken.
