Police Blotter: Stolen Mail, Wallets

The Eagan Police Department's crime report for March 6-7.

A wallet was allegedly stolen at the Eagan Community Center on March 6. The wallet contained $40 and a U.S. Bank card.

Staff at business located on 2995 Lone Oak Cir. allegedly caught a male suspect taking items out of the business; several wallets and money were missing. The suspect was taken to jail and charged with fraud use of a stolen credit card and misdeamnor theft on March 6. 

A person allegedly found their car with a smashed out back window at an apartment on the 4500 block of Slater Road March 6. There were no suspects.

A black Silverado pickup allegedly wouldn't stop and struck a building on the 1000 block of Gemini Road March 7. The driver hurt her knee and told police she'd go to the doctor's to get it checked out.

A victim's mail was allegedly stolen from a mailbox on the 1400 block of Kingswood Pond Road; some utility bills and credit card offers turned up in Wyoming, MN.

Stolen credit cards were used at a Target and SA in Eagan. The credit cards were allegedly stolen in the Oakdale Target.

The owner of a car found their driver side door opened in the parking lot at Best Buy March 7. The owner's manual and loose change was allegedly taken from the car, however, there was no damage done.
