Police: Man Had Sex with 5-Year-Old Relative
Dennis Michael Roy, 43, faces one count of first-degree criminal sexual conduct.
A Minneapolis man could face as many as 30 years in prison for allegedly having a sexual relationship with a five-year-old female relative.
Dennis Michael Roy, 43, was charged with one felony count of first-degree criminal sexual conduct.
Police say Roy assaulted the girl at her former home in Eagan over Memorial Day weekend in 2008. The girl's mother contacted Dakota County Social Services about the alleged abuse last April, according to a criminal complaint filed on Jan. 29. The girl is now 8 years old, the complaint said.

Roy has a lengthy criminal history, including two convictions for domestic assault, three convictions for disorderly conduct and a second-degree burglary conviction.
