Loose Tailpipe Pierces Windshield at 70 MPH, No Serious Injuries

A tailpipe came loose from a vehicle traveling on I-35E in Eagan yesterday and struck the windshield of another vehicle, according to the Minnesota State Patrol.

A car's tailpipe turned into an impromptu missile on Interstate 35E in Eagan on Thursday, when it came loose and pierced the windshield of another vehicle, according to the Minnesota State Patrol.

No one was seriously injured in the accident, which occurred around 4 p.m. in Eagan just south of Yankee Doodle Road.
