What are Eagan's Winter Parking Regulations?

Parking on city streets during the day is on a schedule of even and odd days.

Eagan's winter parking rules took effect in mid-November and will remain in effect until April 15, whether or not there is snow on the ground.

During the day, from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m., on-street parking is allowed on only one side of the street. Residents can park on the side of the street with even house addresses on even calendar dates. On odd days, residents can park on the side of the street with odd house addresses.

Residents may park on both sides of street in the evening and overnight hours from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m.

The city has more reminders about mailboxes, the placement of garbage containers, and the "Safety Clear Zone." on its website.
