Connor Hurley Tapped For Buffalo, NY NHL Team

Hurley was the youngest player in this year's NHL draft.

Eagan native Connor Hurley is headed to Buffalo, NY next year following the NHL Draft this weekend, according to USA Today and a press release from the Buffalo Sabers

Hurley, who played for Edina High School and the Muskegon Lumberjacks junior hockey team, was the Sabers' second-round draft pick, in 38th place overall. He is the youngest player in this year's NHL draft, according to The Last Word On Sports.

Hurley had previously committed to attend and skate for the University of Notre Dame, according to MN Hockey Hub.
