Dancing For Birth (TM) prenatal and postpartum fitness classes are an excellent way to get in shape before or after your baby! These classes incorporate dance movements from around the world, including African, Latin, and Caribbean traditions as well as belly dancing movements, and are specifically designed for pregnant women or moms wearing their babies in a sling or wrap. The majority of the time during these 90 minute classes is spent dancing, but unlike other fitness classes, there is a good amount of time spent getting to know one another and building a community of women, as well as practicing different stretches and relaxations for your daily life.
