Malinee Saxena MD, Neighbor

Dr. Malinee Saxena is a Board-certified dermatologist and practices at the Dermatology Consultants office in Eagan. Dr. Saxena sees patients for general and cosmetic dermatology, and is trained in the latest techniques for keeping skin looking and feeling its best. She is currently an adjunct professor at the University of Minnesota, where she also attended medical school and performed her residency. 

As a physician who sees skin cancer patients on a regular basis, Dr. Saxena is passionate about skin cancer prevention. She recently invented nēvus® a new smartphone app that reminds users when and how to apply sunscreen and helps track suspicious moles.  In 2012 she founded the first annual Miles for Melanoma 5K Run/Walk which raised over $40,000 for the Melanoma Research Foundation.
